Hampton Inn Princeton

As a diamond member I do get “extra” service but this time it was over and beyond. I came in after 9 on December 23rd. I wish I could remember the lady’s name but I believe it started with “J”. She was so helpful in offering us drinks and food to make us relax from a 5 hour drive through the mountains. I will definitely make this hotel a stop next time I am in the area.

It has been extremely cold and snowy the last couple of weeks, and it was amazing to walk into this Hampton and not only was the temperature perfect but Anthony’s hospitality was warm and inviting! He couldn’t have been more helpful, I already checked in, but asked for a real room key. He asked me if there was anything else that he could do and I asked him for some coffee no problem at all, and as I went to get some creamer, my backpack fell off of my suitcase, and he immediately came around the counter and assisted me in picking it up and getting things organized, just an absolute gentleman in a delight to have on your staff

5/5 This Hampton Inn in Princeton West Virginia is so accommodating. I made reservations and had to cancel. I made reservations again directly with this Hampton Inn. I’ve been here several times and they are so accommodating and kind. After a long travel either by car or plane, they held my room, even when I came in very late that night. They answer any questions and are available during the early hours of the morning. It has become a family meeting place for me and my family when I come into town.

Anthony was so wonderful, and a pleasure to work with. I work in hospitality and it was nice to be treated so well. The room was comfortable and very clean. Would stay here again.

What a great stop! I was traveling solo and wanted to make sure I was off the road before dark. The WV Hampton was decorated for Halloween and spotless. The front desk staff were both kind and helpful-pointing out various places to eat. Everyone was super friendly, the room was spacious and clean and as a bonus, not far off the highly. The breakfast buffet was beautifully maintained and everyone as super fresh. A cut above others I have stayed in for sure. There were several places to eat within walking distance. The Texas Steak House literally is in the parking lot. If you have a beverage, you can walk home!

The employees gave a little extra attention to our queen of South Town. They are so kind and the hotel is clean with fresh remod 1/31/26. We have a Dog and is a great place to stay with the heated pool and everything is close for a quick stop from the interstate. They'll see us again. Thank you, Rock It's the towns Green, Js.

Although I am a long time Hilton Honors member, this was an emergency stay. I had no heat in my home and with the temperature rapidly declining (-5 wind chill), I needed to find shelter ASAP. Hilton/Princeton accommodated my needs. I was greeted by the most pleasant young man, Anthony, on the front desk. He was professional yet, very kind and understanding of my woes. The next morning, I found the breakfast to be deliciously prepared and staff to be very friendly. It was a warm delightful temporary stay!

Tiffany was very kind offering to get a wheeled luggage carrier for us as we opened up the trunk of our vehicle. She saw so many bags and we were quite surprised staff would offer this help. We are older and only grabbed a few bags but thanked her for such a rare offer to us. Also the staff, Annie, helped reassure us we would not lose our room in Princeton even though we were running later than expected. She recommended one of the “best” restaurants in the area to eat too! Thank you so much Princeton, WV for such kindness toward us! Highly recommend this Hampton Inn hotel!

The slogan says Making You Happy Makes Us Happy and that is exactly what they did for us and our family. They went well out of their way to make us feel special and welcomed there. If we are ever in the area again, we will surely stay there and highly recommend!

Very friendly staff. Welcomed us right in, made check in pleasant, and gave us a detailed run down of the entire hotel and amenities. Allowed us to bring our two dogs in, and met our request to give us a room so we would be the least disturbance to the hotel as possible. Room was clean, beds comfortable, and the breakfast selection was good for a hotel. Location is a little weird to get to off of the highway, but it was quiet and out of the major road ways. I will be returning.
